Power Cord Flexibility Tester is specially designed for power cord flexibility test of different types
and different shapes of home appliances in accordance with standard clauses including GB 4706,
IEC 60335, IEC 60884, UL 859: 42 and UL 1005: 3.9. This equipment is provided with 3 sets of
mounting fixtures, which are respectively applicable to the clamping and mounting of box type and
hand-held samples.
To meet standard requirements;there are ±22.5oC,±45oC,±90oC and single side 180oC standard
test modules and user defined mode for users to select(180°(±90°)20 times/min of UL1005 standard
and 540°/10 times/ min of UL 859 standard (or 30 RMP) can be realized).
The equipment is driven by Panasonnic servo motor (1,000W) and controlled by Mitsubishi PLC
and touch screen.Users can carry out different tests through simple operations and can set different
test parameters according to different standards. Moreover, the power socket and power-on test
device provided with this equipment can test the power supply to samples during test timely, so as
to judge sample quality.
