Introduction of The Equipment:
1. Motor speed controller, which is used to adjust the speed of friction.When it is used for the first time, the user should record the time with a stopwatch while adjusting the speed to make the friction frequency approximately be moving 12 times in 15 seconds. Fix the location after the speed adjustment and use it directly at the next time.
2. Counter, which is used to record the number of times of friction. Users can set the number of times of friction and the system will stop automatically when it reaches the number of times that set before;
3. The general switch of the equipment;
4. The start testing switch.The equipment can’t start with full testing times if the number of times is not be reset;
5. The stop testing switch;
6. The pressure counterweight weight. The pressure of the friction wheel is 750g if the weight is used and the pressure of friction wheel is 250g without the weight.
7. Pressure Weight rack locking screw. The pressure of friction can be adjusted when moving this device;
8. Friction wheel.Please wrap it up with a piece of white flannel when testing.
